About the founder
MyWholeMe wasn’t built from theory. It came from lived experience.
I grew up in a healthcare family and have spent decades working alongside healthcare organizations in high-pressure environments. I’ve seen the strain up close — the cognitive load, the emotional labor, the constant urgency.
But the real turning point happened inside my own company. We were performing. On paper, things looked strong. Yet decisions felt heavier. Meetings dragged. People were more guarded. I was operating in nonstop urgency. The signals were there — I just didn’t know how to read them.
Eventually, it caught up to me. Burnout. In the years that followed, through my own recovery and my work inside treatment centers supporting professionals coming out of high-intensity careers, I began to see a clear pattern: survival mode becomes normalized. Systems compensate. Instability accumulates quietly — until it can’t be ignored.
Burnout isn’t sudden.
