Move to the rhythm of Hip-Hop, EDM, House, Retro and Remixes with our Sculpt & Sweat, Endurance HIIT workout! Designed to build endurance and provide fat-burning cardio! Warm-Up and get the heat going! HIIT Workout (20 minutes): Full-body workout, combining bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves. Cool Down: Stretching and a mindfulness-based cooldown. This HIIT workout series will take you through a fat-burning full-body workout synced to the beat of music. With a combination of bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric exercises, this high-energy class keeps you moving to the rhythm, challenging your strength and endurance.
