Service Description
Goal: Strengthen & condition with a mix of strength training, mobility work, and metabolic HIIT. Each session will have: -Dynamic Warm-up (5 min) – Mobility & Activation -Strength & Conditioning Circuit (30 min) – Full-body focus -Metabolic HIIT Finisher (5 min) – Cardio burst -Cool-down & Stretch (5 min) – Posture reset This bootcamp is weekly, at 2 sessions per week, for 4 weeks to get maximum benefits! This also include a nutrition tracker and coaching for faster results.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms: All classes and sessions must be booked through our website or in-person drop in. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed, and you receive a confirmation email or text. Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the class start time, subject to availability. Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed if a cancellation request is made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled class or session. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the class start time will not be accepted. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled class, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class start time cannot be accommodated. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your class. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join, and no refund will be issued. By booking a class or session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
