Beginner Circuit Training Day: Low-Impact, Big Results! This session is perfect for anyone looking to start their fitness journey or get back into a healthy routine. We’ll be focusing on low-impact exercises that are gentle on the joints, but still effective for improving strength, endurance, and overall health.

🔹 What to Expect:

  • A welcoming, judgment-free environment
  • A full-body workout using just your bodyweight
  • Low-impact exercises like air squats, modified push-ups, and more
  • Modifications for all fitness levels – beginners, we’ve got you covered!
  • You do not need a membership to do the workout
