Beginner Circuit Training Day: Low-Impact, Big Results! This session is perfect for anyone looking to start their fitness journey or get back into a healthy routine. We’ll be focusing on low-impact exercises that are gentle on the joints, but still effective for improving strength, endurance, and overall health.
